This class includes:
- processing of fish, crustaceans and molluscs: freezing, freezing, drying, cooking, smoking, salting, preserving, etc.
- production of fish roe, roe substitutes and other products from fish, crustaceans and molluscs
- production of fishmeal for food or animal feed
- production of inedible flours, meals and powders from fish and other aquatic animals
- operations of vessels exclusively engaged in processing and preserving of fish
- cultivation of seaweed.
This class excludes:
- processing and preserving of fish on board fishing vessels engaged in fishing, see 03.11.0
- processing of whales on land or on specialized vessels, see 10.11
- production of oils and fats from seafood, see 10.41
- manufacture of frozen prepared fish dishes, see 10.85
- manufacture of fish soups, see 10.89.9
Production of grape wine
This class includes:
- production of wine
- production of sparkling wine
- production of wine from grape must
- blending, refining and bottling of wine
- production of low-alcohol or non-alcoholic wine.
Excludes:
