This class includes: - slaughtering of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, rabbits and other animals in slaughterhouses, processing and preserving of meat - production of fresh, chilled or frozen meat in the form of whole carcasses - production of fresh, chilled or frozen meat in the form of cut carcasses - slaughtering and processing of whales on land or on specialized ships - obtaining hides and skins, including wool, in slaughterhouses - rendering of lard and other edible animal fats - processing of animal entrails - preliminary treatment of wool. Excludes: - rendering of edible poultry fats, see 10.12 - weighting of meat, see 82.92.0

This subclass includes: - manufacture of distilled alcoholic beverages: vodka, liqueur, whisky, gin - manufacture of alcoholic beverages obtained by mixing distilled alcoholic beverages and other beverages - blending of distilled spirits (except brandy spirits) - manufacture of ethyl alcohol (except synthetic and fermented alcohol). Excludes: - manufacture of undistilled alcoholic beverages, see 11.02 - 11.06 - manufacture of synthetic ethyl alcohol, see 20.14.2 - manufacture of ethyl alcohol from fermentation products, see 20.14.9 - bottling and labelling services in wholesale trade, see 46.36 - bottling and labelling services on a fee or contract basis, see 82.92.0

: This subclass includes the activities of all types of libraries, library and information services: departments, reading rooms, listening and viewing rooms, book depositories: - provision of library and information services in response to requests from library users - replenishment, accounting, preservation, cataloguing (creation of catalogs) of library collections - temporary provision of printed materials, audio-visual or other media containing information from library collections - creation of an electronic database of library collections - microphotography and maintenance of library resources
