This subclass includes: - production of fresh liquid milk: pasteurized, sterilized, homogenized, high-temperature processed - production of milk-based beverages - production of whey from fresh liquid milk: pasteurized, sterilized, homogenized - production of milk and whey, dried or concentrated, with or without sugar - production of milk and whey in solid forms - production of butter - production of yoghurt, yogurt - production of cheese and cottage cheese - production of whey - production of casein and lactose. Excludes: - production of raw milk of bovine animals, see 01.41 - production of raw milk of sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, camels and other domestic animals, see 01.43, 01.44, 01.45 - production of milk and cheese substitutes, see 10.89
