This subclass includes: - manufacture of distilled alcoholic beverages: vodka, liqueur, whisky, gin - manufacture of alcoholic beverages obtained by mixing distilled alcoholic beverages and other beverages - blending of distilled spirits (except brandy spirits) - manufacture of ethyl alcohol (except synthetic and fermented alcohol).
