Description
This class includes the collection of solid and non-solid waste containing explosive, oxidising, flammable, toxic, irritant, carcinogenic, corrosive, infectious and other substances harmful to human health and the environment, as well as the identification, treatment, packaging and marking of the waste for the purpose of transportation:
- collection of hazardous technical oils used in vehicles
- collection of hazardous waste resulting from biological research
- collection of radioactive waste
- collection of used batteries and other hazardous waste
- transportation services of hazardous waste.
Excludes:
- remediation and clean-up of contaminated structures, land, soil, groundwater, e.g. removal of slag, see 39.00
