Manufacture of hand tools

This class includes: - manufacture of knives and knife blades for machines and mechanical appliances - manufacture of hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, etc. - manufacture of agricultural non-power hand tools - manufacture of saws and saw blades, including circular and chain saw blades - manufacture of interchangeable heads for hand tools or machine tools, whether or not powered, such as drills, punches, punches, milling cutters - manufacture of press tools - manufacture of furnaces, forges and other forging tools - manufacture of cast axle boxes and press moulds (except for ingot castings) - manufacture of presses, clamps. This class excludes: - manufacture of power-operated hand tools, see 28.24 - manufacture of ingot castings, see 28.91
