EasyTaxes & Wildberries Integration

What does this give you?

Our system will receive sales data directly from your WB seller account, so you will no longer need to send us statements.

What problem are we solving?

According to the tax rules, an entrepreneur is required to declare the sale of goods no later than 1 day from the date of the transaction. Since this is sometimes technically difficult, the tax authority often turns a blind eye and allows sales to be declared within a month from the date of sale (as if it were a service). This scenario is an informal exception and is not strictly legal.

We offer entrepreneurs an integration that removes the need to send us daily sales statements and helps them comply with the law. We cannot predict how long the tax authority will remain tolerant of the current “workaround”.

You have two options:

  1. Stay on the current scheme: you send us WB statements once a month, and we declare them as services. We will continue doing this as long as the tax authority accepts this workaround.
  2. Connect the EasyTaxes & WB integration. In this case, WB statements will be submitted to the tax authority automatically and on time, without deadline violations.

❇️ Connecting the EasyTaxes & Wildberries integration

To access information about your sales via Wildberries, we need an API key. This is read-only access to statistical data; we cannot log into your profile or change anything — your access remains secure.

What will we do with the key?

Every day, our service will request detailed information about your sales and submit invoices to the tax authority. You will see the results of the calculations in the EasyTaxes bot and in your monthly tax payment notification.

Follow the steps below to get your API key:

  1. Go to WB Seller Account → Settings → API Access
  2. Click the +Create new token button and enter any token name so that you remember what it is for, for example: EasyTaxes
  3. Check the Read-only box and select all categories
  4. Click Create token, then copy it
  5. Send the copied token to the support chat

✅ Done!

⚠️ Important information

Due to WB’s technical limitations, we will not receive data on sales made before the API key creation date. We are actively discussing this issue with WB and hope for a quick solution.

Therefore, at first we will still ask you for WB statements or any missing sales data until we can automatically “see” all the details for the previous month.
