Activities in the field of justice and legal proceedings
This class includes:
- administration and operation of administrative, civil, criminal courts and the judiciary
- activities of civil arbitration courts
- administration of penal and correctional institutions
- provision of social rehabilitation assistance by public or private organizations (on a fee or contract basis).
Excludes:
- provision of advice and representation in civil, criminal and other matters, see 69.10.0
- activities of schools in penal institutions, see division 85
- activities of hospitals in penal institutions, see 86.10.0
