This subclass includes the provision of full-scale (using own resources or through subcontracting) advertising services, including consultations, creative support, preparation of advertising materials, purchases:
- organization and implementation of advertising events: creation and placement of advertisements in periodicals, newspapers, radio, television, other mass media
- creation and placement of outdoor advertising on billboards, buildings, cars, exhibition halls, buses and others
- aerial advertising
- retrieval and distribution of advertising materials or samples
- preparation of advertising materials for placement in display windows, projection screens or on electronic websites
- research of demand for advertising services and proposals, in order to interest and attract customers
- advertising of mail-order products
- consulting on research of the advertising market.

This class includes:
- representation in mass media: services for the purchase and resale of advertising time and space in mass media.
Excludes:
- sale of advertising time and space by the direct owner of the mass media (publishing and other), see the appropriate type of activity class
- public relations activities, see 70.21
