This class includes:
- construction of hydroelectric, thermal, wind, solar and other power plants, substations and similar structures
- construction of electricity distribution systems, laying of main and urban power lines (power cables).
Excludes:
- project management services related to construction projects, see 71.1

This subclass includes:
- construction of telecommunications support structures, assembly of telephone lines, local radio and television, including cable, computer network long-distance lines, optical cables
