This subclass includes: - sawing, planing and mechanical processing of wood - longitudinal and transverse cutting of logs, debarking, production of wood veneer - production of railway sleepers - production of non-assembled wooden floor coverings - production of wood wool, sawdust, flour, shavings, residues - drying of wood - impregnation, impregnation, preservative and other chemical treatment of wood. Excludes: - logging, production of wet sawn timber, see 02.20 - manufacture of laminated veneer lumber, boards, panels, see 16.21 - manufacture of roofing shingles, shingles, baguettes and similar products, see 16.23 - manufacture of unprocessed firewood or pressed wood, see 16.29
