This class includes: - quarrying, crushing and sawing of limestone - mining of gypsum and anhydrite (anhydrous gypsum) Excludes: - mining of ores for the chemical industry and the production of fertilizers, see 08.91

This class includes: - mining of chalk and uncalcined dolomite. Excludes: - mining of raw materials for the chemical industry and fertilizer production, see 08.91 - production of calcined dolomite, see 23.52
