This subclass includes: - activities of territorial administration bodies (regional administrations) - implementation of executive and regulatory functions of territorial administration bodies. Excludes: - activities of territorial services of republican executive bodies (classified under 84.12.0, 84.13.0)

This subclass includes: - activities of local self-government bodies (urban, rural communities) - implementation of executive and regulatory functions of local self-government bodies. Excludes: - activities of territorial services of republican executive bodies (classified under 84.12.0, 84.13.0)

This subclass includes: - administration of the tax system, collection of taxes and duties, investigation of tax law violations - administration of customs activities
