Complex support service activities

This class includes complex maintenance of the interior of all types of buildings: cleaning and tidying up the interior, removing rubbish, caring for plants, controlling heating and ventilation systems, maintaining public order inside the building, distributing mail, receiving visitors and customers, arranging meetings, escorting, cleaning interior furnishings, laundry, cloakroom services and similar service activities. Excludes: - the provision of a single type of service, such as general cleaning or maintenance of heating and ventilation systems, etc. (classified in the appropriate classes) - management and operation of computer systems, see 62.03 - management of restaurants, hospitals, similar establishments, operation of lifts (classified in the appropriate classes) - management of correctional institutions on a fee or contract basis, see 84.23
